Ordered first scooter today for myself and son

Hey guys... new to the scooter scene I guess and probably old enough to be a dad to alot on here lol

Either way, I ordered myself and my son scooters today. He's been wanting one for a while. He's 6 so I went with the razor pro beast for him. I'm not too concerned on his end because with how much I paid if something happens to it I'll buy him a better one if he enjoys it.

However on my end I ordered an mgp extreme kick. Do you think that it will be fine for someone just starting? I'm roughly 5'6" 170 lbs.

In my younger days I rode BMX but never really paid attention to scooters much.

Thanks in advance.

Hey man, great work getting both of you scooters. I bet he'll love going to the park with you!
Those scooters are both perfect - the only issue with yours may be the height of the bars. Ride it for a week or two and see if you get any back pain or just feel uncomfortable leaning down so much. If either of these happen, you may want to buy a new set of bars for your one.
If you ever have questions about scooters, feel free to post here. It's pretty dead (this is the fastest reply you'll ever get) but people still cruise around with some knowledge from time to time.
Enjoy riding with your son!
p.s. sit down and watch some videos with him.
These two guys are good mates of mine and ride for MGP (your scooter!)
Another good mate of mine; Royce King - He rides for Razor (your son's scooter!)

The channel these videos are on is awesome too. Clean songs, little to no smoking / alcohol and awesome filming / editing. Great place to start him out watching videos.

Ah. Cool. Thanks alot!
I was a bit concerned about the one I'd ordered for myself. I used a general sizing guide when considering mine and it all seemed to be pretty dead on. I think it's 22 tall and 18 wide on the bars. So we'll see.
