Griptape, its best to just get this at your local skateshop, but you can get it online too. Ebay usually has deals where you can get a sheet for a penny with 2 dollars shipping.

Bolts for locking your folding mech
Get these at your local hardware store (Brandon Kilbury's sizes)
-2 1/2" by 3/8" bolt
-2 1/2" by 5/16" bolt
-2 1/2" by 5/16" bolt
