I know like LMFAO is one of the only groups out there working with this sound, but still. Its really catchy, fuses Hip-Hop, dubstep/house, and whatever. I like it.

I think its fucking retarded. Nothing like marketing lyrics about getting fucked up and partying and all that shit to a bunch of 10 year olds who listen to the radio.
And people wonder why partying is so much bigger in younger generations now and why theres pregnant 13 year olds...

Ummmmmmmmmmm, ok. preggo 13 year olds isn't good but seriously, why is this marketed to 10 year olds? And who buys into music so much that it affects their lives and decision making? Are todays youth really that stupid?

Nobody knew about shuffling until LMFAO made a song about it. Hardstyle techno originated it and now people think that because they heard this shuffling is cool. Don't get me wrong I love the whole house and electro aspect of the song, but for that reason I dislike it.

I know 6th and 7th graders that have had abortions. Its marketed to younger kids because theyre the impressionable ones. Theyre the ones who listen to this shit on the radio and watch all these dumbass shows about partying and then try to mimic it in their own lives to be cool. So to answer youre question, yes they are that stupid. I wrote a 6 page research paper about this shit in my senior year. I could go on and on haha.

And hardstyle techno has been around for a long time. Now all of a sudden all the big artists today are trying to use techno and everyone thinks its so original... ITS NOT.

Yah me too. Sucky but irrelevant.

They mimic the "cool people" older than them. I'm not sure how LMFAO or Guetta is supposedly marketed towards 6th graders. I'm in my mid 20's and I know it's a popular style for house parties and just chillin. Not exactly daily listening but good Friday night music for sure. If 6th graders are trying to mimic peeps 21-mid 20's and drinking, having sex, smoking blunts... I'd say this is more of a problem of having parents who haven't a clue and letting their kids act out of their age group and try to do potentialy dangerous things they are NOT ready to get involved with because they lack the decision making skills to know WTH they're doing.

It's just new to mainstream. Lotta people feed off whatever's pop. Don't get me wrong, some pop makes good listening (and then again there is this Bieber stuff that makes me want to vomit), but yah, there isn't much anything NEW anymore, just what's POPULAR at that moment.

Im not saying music or shows are the complete reason for this, but its a HUGE influence. I dont mean any disrespect by this at all, but if you went back to high school for a few days, you would understand what I mean. Theres certain "party" songs that you can alwasy hear people singing or humming, and then they usually have a story about what they did at the last party when that song came on. Im talking from personal experience now. Kids bang and do drugs like theres no tomorrow and talk about how that song just makes them wanna get fucked up again. Kids are influenced by the dumbest things.

It used to be horrible to have any drug references in songs on the radio, now thats all you hear. Or they play the artists one clean song, kids like it, but the album, and listen to all the other crap. I sounds like an angry parent hahaha, but anyone whos in high school or even middle school will know exactly what Im trying to say.

Like I said, no disrespect at all. I envy you for being in your mid 20's haha. The generations below you are getting worse and worse.

i have to say i respectfully disagree and think that people should be free to make what ever they want, without being blammed for turning our nation's youth into moosh. And it ALL rests on the parents shoulders to teach their children how to react to the influence. Not saying that music today doesn't have a huge influence, its just all about how you were raised. my little sister listens to this song, wiz khalifa, and others but she isnt out partying getting knocked up.

on a different note i cant stand people who try to get rid of violent video games and movies when the obvious answer is to just not play or go see the shit...duhhhhh if you ignore it, it wont bother you as much.
