Pegs or Pegless?

I run pegless because I always dragged my pegs on the ground. But when I was first learning 50 50s and smiths I used pegs but once I got it down I ran pegless.

I only ride a front peg for smiths and toothpicks! It seems like when I used to run a back peg it was always scrapping on the ground but i might try it again.

i cant ride them cause i like bs wallrides too much and because really precise tricks like 50-50's and ice picks etc scare the shit out of me

I ran pegs to learn 50-50's and then I took them off, they just get in my way too much to run all the time.

I always run pegs, I cant go without icepicks and toothpicks, I recently started running a 3rd peg on the (with 2 on being the front) just because it makes FS smiths feel so smooth.
Also the trick is to cut down the back peg so its perfectly inline with the front one, that way you can still do wall rides, just takes abit more effort.

i rode pegs for like a year and they never really bothered me, I took them off when I got a threshold last christmas, then i got an ethic and just kinda never put em back on,im capable of doing all my tricks pegless on square rails and boxes with my ethic but im kinda limited on coping and round rails so I've been foolin around with 2 or 4 lately

I learned all my rail and ledge tricks pegless and have put pegs on and taken them off multiple times in the interim, but I'll probably run pegless once I get my Helmeri sig. I never really ran into any problems with them scraping on the ground, but they would get in the way for wallrides. It was fun to superbike down ramps with them on and make them purposefully scrape to throw sparks in the dark but I don't find them really necessary for anything I do.

i had some magray plegs when i first started riding, and i loved them until they wore out. then i just took them off and rode pegless and now i dont really see myself going back to pegs. i wish i could do legit icepicks and double pegs though haha

Smiths with pegs are actually harder for me and back pegs don't make a difference for me plus I can slide 50/50s way easier than double pegs any way. Pegs are also annoying for me like I feel they just get in the way and plus going for a rail trick and hitting your front peg on the underside of it is bad aswell haha
