but everything eventually breaks, so you cant ALWAYS ask for a replacement.
Andrew is confident enough in the quality of his parts so that he will replace them, people who bought the defected protos are lucky enough that he replaced them.

yea because the first 2 wheels andrew made were bomb as fuck. when he massed the production they sucked. 1 because of black coloring. 2 because he used diffrent type shit.

parts do fail parts succeed. if ur ify then wait for reviews. if u just wanan buy wheels cause there proto and look cool ur fucking dumb lol. bnot about looks guys.

yeah. what probably annoys people (speaking on proto stuff mainly) is this whole "This is the best shit ever" and people take their word for it and buy them and break them, yeah, shit happens, but they are probably just disappointed that their previous wheels lasted longer or something, even thought you break parts more easily over time

also people that break something, get a replacement (which they are lucky to have).Break it, and ask for another replacement.To be honest that should only happen garuntees that is can't be broken, which is a lie.

If your talking to me tyler i really dont care if im getting a repleacement from proto for breaking it. Truly if he wanted to replace them for me i wouldnt take it, plane and simple.

I think you should only get a replacement if you broke it in a few days or its defective.

Not if you've hade it for awhile and it finnaly broke.

Replacements for a lot of parts I don't think are in order. However, some companies are nice enough to replace them anyways..


In regards to the PROTO wheels... People wouldn't be so mad about them dehubbing and breaking so fast. If Andrew and other people hadn't come on SR...Promising the community the BEST wheels on the market, and the fastest, and how they WILL NOT dehub, and how they WILL NOT ovalize.

If he never said any of this, I really don't think it would be that big of a deal that it is today. Sometimes, you gotta let your product do the talking for you. You talk your own products up SOOOO much, when they have even the SMALLEST defect...people jump all over it.

what realy makes me upset is when some one will post a picture on sr with out even writting a PM to tell me they want a return, any one who has a problem should Allways contact the seller first!!!!, then IF you cant get things resolved... post a complaint. ONLY as a last resort, I realy dont like to send people free stuff when they are attacking my reputation NOT Cool, if you PM me or email, I will make it right!!
