Picking colleges based on nearby skateparks

Okay, sorry if this is a dumb thread but I need some way to tell colleges apart lol.

Basically, I'm a high school senior now and I'm going to hear back from colleges soon. Depending on where I get into, I'll need to make a tough choice as to which school to go to. One consideration is how close the schools are to nearby skateparks. If you also happen to know if the street by any of these campuses is any good, speak up too.

So if you guys know of any really good scooter-friendly skateparks next to these colleges and cities, I would love you long time if you posted them here. Thanks!

  • Carnegie Mellon / Pittsburgh, PA - south park skatepark
  • RPI / Troy, NY
  • Case Western / Cleveland, OH - Cleveland has a decent city park
  • Harvey Mudd / Pomona, CA - Diamond Bar <3, all of california is skateparks
  • Missouri S&T / Rolla, MO
  • Rose-Hulman / Terra Haute, IN
  • Olin / Boston, MA

camp woodward isn't scooter friendly
im sure pittsburg has a gnarly park though

This obviously isn't the only thing I'm considering. They're all top tier computer science and engineering schools and I'm thinking about a lot more than "where can i ride my scooter", but I think it's still something worth considering in my decision.

pomona is right next to diamond bar <3

pomona is a super shit hole though. too much stuff happens over there and they aretn exactly best friends with gringos. matters how deep into pomona that is. if your closer to diamond bar its a good area

by pomona i meant claremont apparently, my college counselor lied about where harvey mudd is. 10 miles from diamond bar doesn't sound bad at all though :D

clairmont means you'd be ride next to the sd park which would be tits. Def go there, plus it's cali, nice weather all year round, etc.

The Woodward skateparks, not the camps. Theres one in Philly, Denver, Atlanta and Dallas. I heard that they are all going under new ownership though, so i don't know whats going on with them. I don't think scooters will be affected.
