Popular Music Hate Thread.

AKA anything played on the radio, TV or the crap everyone plays at parties. You know the songs, the ones you probably like, loser. Triple J is probably the only radio station I listen to cause if there's a song I dislike I know I won't hear it played a million times for the rest of the week.

Music included in my hatelist is Blink 182, Lil Wayne, Lady Gaga, actually I'll save myself the trouble of listing them all and just link you to this: http://www.sofresh.com.au/ Holy crap I've never hated an album series more than So Fresh. They release a new album every season and each one is as bad as the last. Christ what has music DONE to itself.

Right now I'm really digging TOBE, Mixmaster Mike, Builder, good ol' DJ Qbert, Diecast, Devil Driver, enVias will ALWAYS rule, generally anything from the Clubland Xtreme Hardcore albums, wishing Arkaea would hurry up and release their debut album, aaaand I've just been in a general techno mood for a while, although metal, freestyle or alternative have my attention aswell.



So what do you guys listen to that isn't straight out gaaaaaaaay. :)

Wtf? The thread title and question in your post are completely different...

Anyways I fucking hate how in Adelaide if one dance song is good everyone feels the need to play it at every party 10 million fucking times, a good example is Pendulum, Riverside By Sidney Samson and Infinity by Klaas.
They're not even great songs, theyre just popular but fuck, they get killed quickly here.

^ Ditto. That's basically what it is up here, except replace Pendulum with The Presets. Christ the amount of times I hear TALK TALK TALK TALK TALK LIKE LIKE LIKE LIKE LIKE THAT THAT THAT THAT THAT drives me insane.

yeah im not a fan of blink, but im ok with them on the radio.

AND TAYLOR SWIFT FOR THE EFFING WIN! if you dont like her or her music, then fuck you hahaha

Sorry if you disagree but the first song I heard by Blink 182 was All The Small Things. Yeah, that song pisses me right off.

I'm generally not a fan of rock bands with high pitch voices. I'm gonna take a rough guess and say the vocals are the same in that album.

GET THE FUCK OUT with hating blink 182.
and no Toms vocals changed quite a bit in their self titled album. and marks voice was never too high.
so you might like some songs and not others
but yeahh with blink 182.
come on

and lil wayne is kind of a joke imo. too full of himself and kisses guys.
