Because the change in rules mean that VOTW is a more appropriate name.

I think it's becasue most of us on this website just scooter for fun and are not pro and will not have that amazing pics unlike the proper serious people. usaually the well known people with good pics win it.

Not at all, since I have been doing it, it's been unknown people (Apart from Alex) winning it. Look at the photo gallery. Loads of people post pics, they just don't send them in.
