problem with the flavor awakening deck

hey folks

has anyone else had the problem of their awakening decks not sliding in hurricanes on square rails? i switched from a district helmeri to a flavor and when i try hurricanes on it i literally get stuck. everything's as waxed as it gets, but it still don't slide. what's going on? is it the fact that flavors dont have those little grind-lines on the bottom as districts do? is there any way to fix this? hurricanes are way too decent for me to just stop doing them.

It's not the deck, plenty of people do hurricanes on Flavors. If it's a new deck it will take a while to wear in because it's painted it slides shitty at first. If it's not that then watch your feet position and make sure you aren't catching your feet on the rail or maybe you just need more speed.

How would a deck preventing you from doing a certain trick I mean it might not be as good as another deck but you can still do the trick on them.
