problems with wobly bars..not headtube

my bars and fork have been wodbling for a while i have a inward buffs and fsa unsealed and my bats and fork are wobbling because they arent tight enought but yet even when i tighten it so hard that the headset wont even spin it still wobbles a bit please help!

is the fork threaded or not?

Are you sure it's the headset? Make sure that everything in the headset is in the right order, make sure your foldy and bars are tight too.

My foldy is that as anything my clamp will not get tighter and it wobbles if I really have to I'll make a video to show you

i had to epoxy one once so it stayed tight because the same thing was happening
