Question about bars.

I'm going to order a new scooter (Ultra Pro) and I want the 18 wides, but 26 is too high, so I want to cut them, but I can see on my Pro that in between the bars there are threads from the fork. So here's my question.

Are the inside of the bars threaded? Because inside you can see threads. So can I shorten my bars by cutting it and it will still work or is it just the fork and headset that are threaded?

It will work fine. The threads come from squeezing the threaded form tube, they don't actually come threaded. No worries!

correction..actually those bars arent threaded..they are a softer material than the fork is..so when the bars are clamped onto the threads on the fork it indents the threads into the bars..

NO BARS ARE THREADED. They just adopt the threads from the fork, mainly just stock bars.
