Rad Bar Tubing?

Im am trying to make myself a pair of rad bars...Can anyone tell me the exact dimensions of the tubing. And by any chance would you know wat kind of welder i need. I am going to use 4130 chromoly.

1st off, they wont be rads, they will be like rad bars, but i am not 100% sure on the size, but in florida i found pipe that was like 1 1/8 that went over the forks, but you will probly need to get a new clamp.

steer tube, 1 1/8 id.
cross bar 7/8 od with a wall thickness of 0.065 without gussets of like 0.058 i think with gussets
