Im bout to take the compression off the site. Maybe it will make it all easier to understand better that the compression only works with the 1-3/8 rads because they have a larger ID that fits over the spacer. Its just another reason our bars own. cheap light and simple.

No, it is not made so you have to buy bars with it. It is made so that when you buy bars you dont have to worry about compression.
