Nah, that was just an exclusive thing.

What you need is a cast mould, a curing oven, and knowledge on how to mix the appropriate adhesive and poly-urethane.

You're better off contacting a company to do it for you. With all materials needed and all, itll be WAY cheaper to just buy a new wheel.

be better just buying a new weel, as you would need curing ovens the recipe for the urethane ect. it would be better to get a new wheel.
 
nah im only asking cause i got like the core of more than 20 wheels and just wondering if it was possible to re urethane them or something but watevs
 
Yes, you just have to find a company that makes polyurethane products, specify the hardness and optionally color and they'll do that, it would cost you less than new wheels. The downside is that you might have to machine the urethane to make the wheel round in order to carve. My old wheels were flat, but the only cut the edges a bit at 45 degrees and they're absolutely ridable.

blah im wrong.
spoked ones on scoot are old rubber yak cores.
the white ones are those green ones, idr the name atm.
