just crooze around, no tricks until you get comfy again. i had a really bad infection in my knee last year and i almost had to get my leg amputated if it didnt get better. so i just rode around and learned how to carve like a boss

Just cruise around for a bit. When your feel a bit stronger just do fakies and work on balance tricks. You'll have no problem getting stuff back, but don't do it too fast.

Just ride. I broke both of my arms 8 weeks ago. I was in 2 full arm casts for 7, and now my right cast is off and my left one is a short arm cast for 2 more weeks. I ride around and I just do like 3's oppo 3's tailwhips heelwhips, barspins, 180's and full cabs and stuff. Just cruise and do whats comfortable. I know what youre going through, I'm scared shitless that my wrists are just gonna snap again, just riding will give you confidence in yourself. Goodluck man

I broke my arm twice in 6 months though because it hadn't healed properly - drink lots of milk and stuff like swimming will help build it up too.

yeah just keep doing the tricks that you did before you broke it. start off easy but then get to the harder ones

I tend to just do 180's over flat distances and hops up and off fairly high ledges. Stuff like that'll help. Trampolines help too, get really, really high on em, then jump off the side onto normal ground to build up confidence, that's what I do at least.
