Removing decals from side of wheels?

Does anyone know any ways to remove those decals on the side of scooter wheels?

On the urethane? All it should take is like a wet paper towel and some elbow grease. At least for proto wheels that is. Never tried it on any other wheels.

My friend just scratched them off with his fingernail.
