Rode my scooter when the ground was wet

hey guys. I need help. Just today I rode my scooter while the ground was wet (it just stopped raining) and I got mud on my scooter and water everywhere. I'm worried for my bearings and compression and headstock. Basically anything that's lubed and spins. When I tail whip I now hear a weird grinding sound. As if there is some dirt inside the spinning part. What can I do to fix this problem. I dried my scooter down with a towel and blew dried it.

but nah really idk take the headset off and check if theres any shit in it, you can try use a tissue or something to remove the stuff and also clean out your headset cups (make sure its all clean with no dirt)
you could try oil it too afterwards

uh not very smart but take out everything and clean it and out it back together. its probably just dirt or a pebble.

1. take out the headset bearing
2. put on the water on your facuet take your bearings and spin them while they are showering in the water.
3. take a hairdryer and get ALL the water out.
4. Take some kind of thicker grease and put that in them.

just buy a Tilt headset and your problem is gone
