I think it should be updated. There are stuff that should be cut out and some points can be merged.
I technically can't give Tyler W a real warning since there's no rule about bumping up old threads with non-important message.

I've had that idea of updating it earlier it's just i haven't really had any issues with somebody with those rules so i'll keep adding ideas if they come, and post your ideas too.

1) No pirated music and no pirated movies could be merged - they are both meida types that can be stolen in one place which makes it into one category.
2) "Don't bump up really old threads without a constructive critisism and/or a really important question about the topic."

Yeah seconded.. i say we work on one in this thread than we update it. And it should be no pirated everything, i've been pretty strict in the photography section about photoshop and tell them to keep it in the PM's or off the site.

Thirded....<--? Theres gotta be a better way to get the rles out to newcomers because its looks like the more ew people we get the more we get continuous simple threads such as how do i tailwhip ect. Or not respecting older riders ect. I basically watch for disrespect, pointless threads and stuff.

I'm pretty sure Brian has permissions to update content pages like the rules I don't know about you other mods though so copy and paste the rules into here and add in your revisions, additions and merges and either Brian or I will update it.

Good idea. Also was thinking about a page soley dedicated to new users to get them oriented with the site.

If possible, then there should be rules like on top of the registration page or as a separate page before registration form.

They can probably be added to the Registration page but I'm gonna have to remember what file all that script is in and that also doesn't solve the problem of all the people already here.

I just remembered about this. How about this? I just changed some stuff around and added some stuff that bothers me on here (piracy and drunk people)

1. Respect ALL other riders, new or old.

2. Never tell anyone they suck. Instead, give them advice to help them improve.

3. Do not demand respect without a video.

4. If you know nothing about the topic being discussed, don't waste other peoples time by posting in the thread.

5. Do not post whore, spam and make stupid posts (example, saying haha or lol)

6. Search before making a thread to answer your questions, and try not to bump up old topics when you find your answer.

7. Try not to double post, if you do, don't post again and say sorry for double posting, instead just edit the duplicate post.

8. Use the edit button instead of making a new post if you forgot something.

9. Use the private message system instead of chatting on the forum.

10. Try to empty out your private message box to save some space.

11. Try not to curse and use vulgar language, try to look professional.

12. Do not discuss any drugs or alcohol here. Majority of the forum is underage so it is illegal.

13. No adult content.

14. NO PIRACY of any kind (keygens, serial numbers, cracks ect.) (giving someone a link to a trial is fine)

15. No "profit" advertising in the forums, you use these forums for free.

16. Try to keep your profile up to date.

17. Do not abuse this site in any other way.

18. If you get warned do not ask why or smart off, just read your post then read these rules to figure out what you did.

19. If you are banned, wait until your ban is up to come back. Returning before your ban is over could result in a permanent ban.

20. Obey these rules and you will be fine.
