Well i realized that theres always a new thing you MUST have on your scooter all the time. First it was Rad bars, then yaks, then metal cores, then it was 125 yaks, now its deck pins. whats next?

You forgot big bars. I'm thinking maybe brakeless? The 125 Yak trend isn't in full flow yet, I know more people are riding 125's now, though.

everyone still wants 1 piece bars and i guess madd brakes are popular now

well those aren't really trends, they just perform the best, i think all scoots should have 1 piece bars or buffs or something along those lines

I made my own thing. Its actually a BMX stem pad customized. I rode brakeless for a whole long time. I like manuals better without a brake. It just feels better, and my balance is better. I never manual with a brake, bike, scoot, whatever else. And brakeless doesn't restrict you AT ALL. Tire taps are probably better, you aren't going to let your wheel spin with your foot. I have that problem on the brake now, it just lets my tire move. Wow, editing this post twice has made me want to ride without a brake, maybe I'll take it off after TIC.

ugh, yes.

yea fsas were quite a trend.
putting a bolt through the fork is a trend.
putting griptape on hang five spot might be a trend, depends on if kids stop doing them and do real man nose mannys.

but things like getting an FSA headset is something that is recommended because of the quality and cheap price so that's different than it being a fad, same with one pieces if you need the strength, so in some cases it's beyond a fad.

ive always wanted to ride bigger wheels but i couldnt until the 125mm sr fork was released
i think when new parts get released alot of people get them and it seems like a trend but maybe its a really good part i mean theres pretty much the best parts out there that everybody knows metal cores, buff/rad bars, sr fork, and a pro model deck theres not much of a selection in the scooter industry so everybody that wants to have good parts will be bound to have along the lines of the same thing i dont see a problem with it just mass groups of people realizing what the very best part is and buying it haha

i was thinking that don;t worry there will be otehr big things in the horizon lol i wanan ride brakeless so bad and deck pins are in lol
