After searching around I realized there is no place for random trouble shooting issues that really dont all require their own thread (consolodation is always good on here). So got a problem? Need help? heres the place.

STATE ANY IMPORTANT PART MODELS IT COULD SAVE TIME FOR POSTS BACK AND FORTH

Me first.
Part models:b mech, new a front fork, double head clamp, b bearing cup and racer
My upper bearing cup always moves around a little, so every day or so i usually have to give it a turn or two to get it back were its supposed to be (just with my hand not a wrench or anything). Can anyone think of anything in general thats not right with this or should i just wrench it tighter?

when you put your steering column on, tighten the head set as much as you like top and bottom things then once your steering column is on, hammer it down more then tighten the clamps tight. that worked for me.

your not talking about the bearing cup your talking about the race and u need to make sure u have both of the sunts on the the race not and the "locking nut"(i siad that for lack of a better term) then u set the race nut (bottom nust) so its but a tad bit looses so it spins good thwen u use pliers(or somehting that will fit it) and tighten the locking nut onto the race nut to make it so eighthe nut wont move and your set

i just put together 2 scooters today, and i tightened the first bolt on the threads as much as it could go with out making the deck not spin good. then put the second one on. mine moves just alittle, but my old one moved more and i just tightened the bolt with my hand for stairs and stuff, and loosen it alittle for whips.....and make sure your head cup isnt bent or dented...
