Solid CNC'd Aluminum, Counter Sunk built in washer for ICS, Internal Lip to catch star nut for SCS. Multiple Anodized Colors, Unique Design. Designing the fork took over a year and as of now, No problems with the fork.

Any questions concerns and comments have at it. I'll answer all Questions to he best of my ability.

Oh also.. can you please warn people that it needs a 1" starnut instead of 1 1/8" as i spent ages thinking "How the F%@K am I gonna get this HUGE starnut into this tiny forktube".. Then bought a 1" and it went straight in no problems at all.

Question:
i have brand new bearings and eagle spacers in my eagles, i have a brand new axcel bolt and when i go to tighten it up so its solid the wheel wont spin and when i loosen it up a little bit the axcel bolt comes loose and comes off and i have tried at least 4 diffrent axcels.
i have also talked to james and he said he has never seen this problem with his fork.

Actually most forks that i know of take a 1 1/8" starnut and Yeah bars are 1 1/4" so... Fail.

I cant get a pic of the internal lip but its like the inner bore of the fortube is bigger for about 5mm, roughly 2" down the forktube if you get me. It's so the starnut sets into it but it doesnt need it IMO so i just didnt whack my starnut down that far.

he said i have to send it in or come down to get it looked at and i live like and hour and a half from the shop soo ill come down when i have time.
