Seatpost bars?

Ok so I outgrew my inwards and I don't have the money for new bars, how do you make seatpost bars?

search, already a tutorial.
basically you just take the seatpost of an old bike and stick a crossbar through it. i have an 18 wide crossbar if you need one. i'll sell it
