Get a Terry Price model, or a Michael Cajas pro. It come with all the nice reinforcement and goodies, you shouldn't break it quickly

All you need to do reinforcements are a drill and a hacksaw, maybe. I just got a long plate, cut it in half, drilled holes for bolts, the back wheel, and the brake and I was good. It's really not that hard. Matt's version is way more confusing and hard, and it's not that bad if you do it a different/more easy way.
