Honestly it would suck to be this kid and I hope he's okay. Looks like he got it pretty hard an most likely broke his leg.

This happened to me once before but not nearly as bad. The guy kinda just ran over my foot.

that happened to me before though kinda, i got hit by a car crossing the street and rolled up on to the hood and cracked the windshield. it was gnarly.

If you jump up and hit the windshield you will usually be fine. but that kid got hit in the leg and was clearly injured.
