I was gonna order a dvd on skyhigh scooters for 9.20 dollars and then the postage and packaging costs 139.50 dollars !? wtf

I'm not quite sure how that might have happened. I went and test ordered a DVD with international shipping and shipping costs stayed at the $12.95 flat rate.
