So anyone want to help me build a PC?

If you want a little bit of a challenge, try helping me make a gaming PC (Or at least help me with the parts) This will be my first actual PC and some little things that i need are listed below. To make it even more complicated i only have ~$1500 MAX $1300 budget, this is more than enough to get a PC that can record BF4 at 60 FPS (On high settings, and when it comes out of course.).

Things that it must have (Or if you strongly think that it needs something else, please send me a message about it)

-PREFERRABLY i5 processor (I7 Is not worth it IMO)
-16G of ram
-2TB of hard drive memory
-All compatible parts
-Liquid cooling

If you can help me that would be great, don't worry about posting opinion things (Cases, memory design, LED ect.)

and lol, liquid cooled is pointless.

Yes, and explain, still new to computers (Been a console gamer for a long time) and i don't know the difference between cooling.
