Im attempting to quit too. I stopped on Thursday, bummed like 5 up to Monday but ended up buying a pack last night. Its a bitch. Im so used to getting in my car in the morning to goto school and lighting one up and it sucks not to now haha.
Finding some new habit usually helps. When my mom quit, she started chewing gum hella. When my grandpa quit, he started chewing toothpicks. When my friends dad quit dip, he started to eat sunflower seeds. Having something new to do helps alot.
Start eating sunflower seeds because they're super gnarly and salty. And then your jaw will become gnarly tough and you'll be able to trim bolts with your teeth. I know I can.
Yea id like to see both You and Bri quit. Ive heard from people Bri smokes a lot. You guys should both quit...You already took the first step by thinking about quitting, now you jes gotta follow through. But yea if your looking for support Chris, you got it here.
doesn't matter now i guess, just quit cold turkey, thats what my 5th grade science teacher did haha, he threw his pipe out into the river or something.
If you were rich you could pay people to follow you around all day and prevent you from smoking. I think that's what keith richards did instead of going to rehab.. But realistically speaking, you should just tell your friends to kick you in the nuts if they ever catch you smoking, that would be way cheaper and it probably would work too..
