you go to a post office with $600 cash in your hand
you give them the cash and they print out a piece of paper that can be exchanged by me for $600 cash when i get the piece of paper which you just put in a envelope and mail to me
its basically like a check
people do money orders all the time

one other idea i was thinking of is im using this money to buy a camera from this kid so if he has paypal you could maybe just send the money to him because if i get it its just going straight to him ill ask him if he has paypal
