songs that you connect with something

songs that just put you back, right into a happy/sad/whatever phase of life you were in at the time. find a few, post em:

1) park - gasoline kisses for everyone

first vermont trip, completely carefree. driving around with bk and teehale just having the time of my life.

2) mgmt - electric feel

sd trip - the pool. just so many good riders all in one spot shredding a pool, of all things. no one hits them and yet everyone was tearing it up.

3) fort minor - the hard way

right when i found out about my parents getting divorced. rode for about 2 hours straight with this song on repeat, and it was one of the best ways to deal with the situation for me. if i hear it now the song puts me into a bummed mood, but in a super clear state of mind where i can get some of my best thinking done.



those are the big ones that i can remember, of course every time i hear a song that was in a scooter video i'll recognize it and think of the video.... but those don't really hit home as much. these songs are connected less with memories and more with feelings of a certain time in my life.
