My ideas-

- Add a quickchat to the top of the page, or integrate a facebook-style chat, if possible.
- Remove the B/S/T sections. They're a mess, and pretty much the whole staff except Matt, Tom, and Ben want it gone.
- Maybe update the rules? Some of them are really similar. I remember last time I looked at them I was thinking of making a list and emailing it to you, but never got around to it.. Crap haha.


I'll post more as they come to me, I just woke up haha.

A system of which notifications of reported posts are sent to my account here on the SR instead of my email.
Not that I'm upset about it, but you know.

Something that should be done but is probably not totally necessary is a link to the rules, they're hard to find.

Also, an updated rule list.
1. Respect ALL other riders.
2. No vulgar language.
3. Don't demand respect or act cocky, especially without a video.
4. No spam.
5. No double posting. If you do, there is an edit button and you can delete your post.
6. No pornography.
7. No copyright-infringing material on the forums.
8. No racism or discrimination.
9. No profit advertising.
10. No drug/alcohol-related posting, including "under-the-influence" posts.
11. No arguing on the forums. Take it to PMs or another site.
12. Do not disrespect the staff members.
13. Do not reply to warning messages.
14. No pirated movies or music.
15. Do not use stupid topic names.
16. Post things in the right category and only make one thread. More than one for the same thing is unnecessary and is considered spam.

Perhaps the ability for users to change their own name/custom title like they could on the old SR?

^ Nah I like it better the way it is now, we can change them for users but it should be a privilege for those who aren't douches haha. That privilege would be gone if everyone could do it.

a chatbox would be slammin'. Buy/Sell/Trade is wreckeeedd, we should get rid of it. the rules need some modifications/updates. other than that, i think we're allright. possibly a new layout? maybe some contests or something. we need more content thats coming directly from SR/proto/boxes/river/etc etc.

Contests and stuff would be awesome. Even if its just stuff like potw, cotw, and sotm. Its cool to have stuff like that where the members can feel like theyre actually part of the site, it makes it a little more interactive instead of just another site that kids come on just to look at stuff. It gives the members something to work for and "earn".

i think we should introduce a 'Post Liking' feature like facebook. i feel like it would eliminate alot of the useless posting/quoting that goes on.
