Stripped bolt HELP!

My front wheel on my scooter will not come off because the bolt is stripped on one side and I cannot get it loose to save my life, any suggestions on how I could loosen it?

Just have to cut the bolt off bro

cut a slit in the bolt head then use a regular screw driver to unscrew it, ive done it, worked wonders

what kind of axle is it, just an old razor axle
