I think The guys who run Dogg Scooters know what they're taking about, the bars are made from high quality steel and are actually reasonably light, it says right on the bloody page the exact weight (1.19kg for the LARGE bars) which is about the same as most bars. They're obviously strong as Terry Price rides them and hes one of the most gnarly riders in the world so i doubt a 4'7" skin and bone person will get anywhere near bending them.chrisisafoo said:about $60....but it sais theyre made of steel

EDIT: But if your 4'7" you might want you get the small bars or at least the mediums.
