t-down tire grab

is there a name for a turndown tire grab? i call it a lawnmower. but if there is any other name, pleas write back. don't wanna look like an ass calling a trick the wrong name.

its not a nifty grab. i cant think of its name. but a nifty grab is a unturndown tire grab.

i just cal it a turndow tire grab. hahh
