Have you watched many videos?
What I do is before I whip I put my foot alittle on the side. Like pointing \ where my toes/balls of my feet would be on the edge of the deck, above the brake. Then I kick as hard as I can and jump as high too. practice. Can you do them off higher things?
Have you tried them on different things? Like curbs, flyout (TO START), or just trying them flat?

yes i have watched alot of vids.. ive tried on curbs and flat..
so your toes are on the edge of the deck... ill have to try that.
i actually just tried that before i posted this reply.. but my main problem is that i cant keep my scooter under me

Are you leaning over the bars?
Or backwards?

Using your wrists alot too right?

Just stand on the ground and spin the deck. You'll get a really good feel of how its supposed to feel. Also try to "catch" the deck with your back foot.

if it's overspinning catch it. if its underspinning bend your knees in the air and land crouched it might give you that extra moment for it to spin.

i put my back foot in the pocket between the brake and the end of the deck. then kick my back foot the way my heels are pointing. and use my wrist A LOT!
