use plastic lucky shim.

Dont get a regular size shim. Get old standard bars and cut them about 2.5 inches so its longer than the slit in your bars so it will strengthen your slit. Best way to run hic ever. Oh and chromo fork/really long forktube.

Pro comp HIC clamp (all in one) is 100% legit, its really easy to keep it tight an all but im running it HIC/ICS so i dont F up my fork.
Lucky HIC ain't bad, it just looks really cheap cuz its plastic but is you know how to run HIC properly then it should work alright.
I'd just go for the Pro comp HIC clamp cuz it's easy an all.

Maddgear is my favourite, its like $15 and it goes yhrough the fork to the bottom. Wich eliminates the need for a starnut, its a tad heavier but if you strip it you just get a axel bolt and thr problem is fixed, plus the shim is very tall and metal, and the clamp goes over the headset, wich I lije.

maddgear HIC is good because its aluminum and its easier to clamp down on so you squeeze it more.
