My good idea for bars:

HIC down tube
90 degree Y welded same as SlaYers (welded to the downtube, not at the top)
and Wee gussets on the top of the slayer gussets.

Overkill strength.

but i have an idea for a fully extruded tdi headube. and itll cost soo much less than the cncd one, i wish i still had the CAD drawing of it.

username i know of two decks with integrated axle spacers, and basically all aftermarket forks have integrated spacers.
