the absence of parts that are loose or have some sort of play in them causing them to rattle or vibrate. just drop your scooter and try to listen to where the said noise is coming from and then detect what is loose or is moving around and fix it. hope you get your scoot dialed i cant stand if mine isnt or even anyone that i am riding with lol.
