This sport is BOOMING

This is just something I wanted to put out there, because i've been using this site for like almost three years now and when I

think about back then, all I can remember is Razor and Micro making stuff for scooters. And now look at us, SO MANY kids

have started making these crazy legit parts and so many kids starting to really support the sport. We've had videos and even

got DVD's being made of scooter riding. Think about how small our community is and how crazy all this stuff is. Think about the

beggining of last year, and think of now. How many kinds of forks could you buy then? Like three? Now we have many, many

more being made and coming out, along with all sorts of custom parts. This sport have really exploded in the past year.

Just thought i'd let you think about how crazy this transformation has been, in less than a year and a half this sport has totally changed.

Troof. I remember when Josh Toy was selling modded new As and some funky solid shock forks, that was the only company around like 7 years ago. Shit is getting wild now.

this is like all we talk about now, lets forget it then say it again in another year or so..getting old.

I just want to watch the sport grow into something everyone likes. Where there's a mixture between marketing and selling products and having fun riding.

So is that what "Solid Forks" were?

And its pretty coll how some of the riders got media attention, like way bake when serjey got interview, and did some pretty crazy tricks, all we need to make it epic is to get a episode on some sport tv station

It was a normal shock fork but he would bolt 2 metal tubes in place of the shocks, they were pretty sweet.

It's true. To put this in perspective, back when I first joined and for like a year after or so, there would be a new video in the vid gallery like every other day, instead of every other minute haha. Also we used to pretty much never have those "SR used up too much bandwidth because there's too many fucking people on it" messages every now and then. The sport has definitely started to take off, TONS of new companies recently, and tons of new up and coming riders, it's all looking pretty promising really.
