its a guide, and on one of the tabs when you login your paypal account, youll see greendot moneypak input code then you type in the code and money will load in your account. just watch the vid

Theres nothing wrong with the greendot moneypak, everyone uses it its a way people get money on paypal without using their bank account. It charges me 5 bucks to activate a card from ralphs, ill put in 40 bucks and basically im spending 45. Then you just click add funds, enter the code, and bam you have money in your acct. Nothing wrong with it
