I heard the front peg on a tilt peg is a bit bigger then the back so they stick out the same distance, where as qcs pegs are the same length and can work on front or back.
That's not correct. Tilt pegs are both 2 inches long. Josh Young rides a set where he has 1.5" back and 2" front. I have thought about having a shorter back peg option, but I'm not sure how many people would want it.
I can tell you what Tilt pegs are like, but I will leave a comparison to QCS out. My opinion would obviously be biased. Tilt pegs are machined out of heat treated 7075 aluminum, like Tree Trick Stick Pegs, aluminum sprockets, and other aluminum BMX parts that need abrasion resistance properties. The pegs are both two inches long and .75OD. The pegs do not work with stock axles. However, they include hardware consisting of grade 8 bolts and locking nuts for the front and back. Stock axles have been known for breaking when riding pegs. That's all I can really say, maybe it'll help you out.
Edit: I added this information because not many people are running Tilt pegs. I just started selling the pegs nationwide a week and a half ago.
