and with a thread like this, you usually start off with your top 5, then people add on.

and I think these are the top 5 for their individual style, originality, and overall awesomeness of their riding. not necassarily the biggest bag of tricks.

I'm sick of threads like these...
It's impossible to say who is 'the best' as there are so many categories they can be placed in, e.g. Originality, Style, Tricks, Consistency, Smoothness, Street, Park, Tech....etc.
So a straight up top 5 doesn't work..

What i'm saying is..
Everyone rides with a different style.
So how can you compare for example, Mckeen and Barrett?
Mckeen is balls out street, Barrett is mind-blowingly tech..
Its impossible to compare them, so you can't have a 'Top 5', even overall..

I don't want to intrude on your fun, but i think a top 5 makes more sense than a best overall rider. In a top 5 you don't have to have them rated in order, it can just be the 5 riders you think are the best. If it was a single best rider I agree with Aaron, but on this issue I'm going to agree with Steven.

haha I literally kept rewriting my list over and over, I wanted mckeen and stan in there.

Rory Coe ..
He's the love child of James Barrett and Stan Smirnoff, honestly. And everyone knows that Stan/James have possibly the best styles in the game, or used to anyway, Rory has both, and then some..

I'm sorry, no offense to him, I think even he'd agree, but there is no way steadmen is one of the best. He does extremely simple tricks, which I honestly think is pretty cool cause he as a good style, but I would never put him in the top 5 riders.

ummm its so hard for me to choose 5 but heres a go...

1.the man himself Coedie, i ride with him everyday, and theres no doubt in my mind he is THE BEST in the world.
2. Stan Smirnoff, purely cause he has the best style anyone could ask for. pure <3

i cant think of any more because its just too hard. but in my opinion those 2 riders are right up there.

id say jordan bates for 3. but you guys probably dont remember him, and he doesnt ride anymore. he had the sickest style and mean tricks.

well thats my attempt LOL

clearly you've never riden with matt and dan at the same time. they can both go balls out street right into something mindblowing tech.
