Hi, Torn Scooters has been a long journey with a lot of roadblocks that I won't go into. It was tough. But I can safely say that these are the BEST handlebars I've ever ridden. They are light yet barspin even better than chromoly bars. They are super super strong and they look amazing. TWEAKS WILL BE MADE BEFORE PRODUCTION, THESE ARE ONLY ONE OF THE FIRST PROTOTYPES.

Bars will be made with the gusset and without, w/o gusset up to 18 wide and w/ gusset up to 22 wide. NO RELEASE DATE YET. Price is speculated to be around $70 but no final figures yet. You will have an option of getting them anodized or polished for an extra cost. Thank you for your feedback and support. Hit me up on aim rileyTORN with any questions.

both the cncist and welder told riley that its not needed but that y were testing if it break we will definatly look into heat treating

You should definitely look into heat treating.
thanks for your imput alex.

i talked to my welder and all the guys who work at the shop with him (like 10 guys) and we were talking about it and i asked him about heat treating and he said i would have to ship the bars to portland to get them heat treated (i live in a small town of like 50,000). he also told me that since it's solid it would not be needed, if it was tubing it would be essential, though.
