I'm not sure if its the V1 or V2 but the back spacers are welded to the deck and i put my wheel in and tightend it all the way and theres still alot of wobble, i added in 2 small spacers on each side of the wheel and it is still loose. Any help?

Post a picture of the dropouts with and without the wheel on, it will help a lot
But it sounds like you have a v2, and the spacers aren't welded on, they are just pressed in.

Its the stock axle that came with it though but yeah once i get new bearings and wheels it should be all set. I will let you know with the results

alright cool. if the new bearings dont work, try throwing some spacers on the axle. you're supposed to have one washer on each side of it.
