urgent question

i recently bought gta 4 on xbox 360 and whenever starts up and tries to load it says 'load failed starting a new game' any answers would really be appreciated thanks

Sounds like something is wrong with your memory unit (Hard drive?..) can you upload a picture of the screen it gives you?
