Vertx smx on Mgp

What do I have to do for a smx fork to fit on my nitro end of days deck? I dont want to cut the fork and I will be using hic probably the hic it comes with. And if I have to add spacers then does anyone know how many?

just make a long shim and get a longer bolt.

you can't use the hic that comes with it because of the top cap on the EOD's compression. just cut the shim down from the EOD and get a standard sized top cap and bolt from the bike shop for about $3

Ok I just found out that the nitro fork and shim are actually like and inch longer than most so I don't know y people are always talking about cutting your forks. But what will I have to do if I get a vertx smx fork and run vertx hic?
