Want to buy some new T Bars. Need some help :)

Hi, I'm new to the scooter forums and need abit of help. I'm wanting to buy T Bars but I'm not sure what to get. I was thinking of the Envy Thermal Bars as they are new/tall and should be strong?

Or are there better bars I could buy? If there are better bars what would people recommend?

I'm 5'10" and lowest bar size would probably be 24"high and 22"wide. But any bigger will be fine. Also I ride street mostly.

I'm currently selling three of my setups and I'm going to build 1 SETUP. So far I'm going to buy Downside Wheels and Tilt SCS but just not sure on deck, bars and forks. Anyway what would be some good T bars to buy?

Phoenix Cooper Klaars, VertX T bars, Lucky T bars, Proto Retros, Crisp makes T bars.. There's plenty of options. You can get VertX cheap, Phoenix are reinforced, Retros are heat treated and powdercoated, Luckys are powdercoated, Crisps are painted. Grit makes T bars for dirt cheap, but they won't be tall enough for you.

There are many options when it comes to T bars, like a shit ton as Joe stated up above. He's missing out some crucial few such as TSI, Source, Native, etc. etc.

In my opinion, BASICALLY THE GROUND RULE IN SCOOTERING KINDA HEHEHE, if you want the longest lasting parts, go for TSI. They make two types of T bars, Heptrons (Oversized) and standard Trons (As you can guess, standard sized). They both come 28 x 22 but you can buy em 24 x 22.

I ride phoenix cooper klaar xl's 26 x 24 just because I kinda dig the 24 wide ehehehe, but I'm going to move away from T bars soon.

A TSI would be a dream haha. I've always wanted a deck. I currently ride with Phoenix V2 Suicide bars and love them. I'm used to the backsweep naturally because I also ride bmx. Just wish they were the bigger version.

I live in the UK so I'm not sure if I can get some of the parts you guys can buy. I may go for the TSI Bars 28x22 and cut them down if needed. I always like to try different parts whenever I get the chance so I'm going to slowly move away from other parts and try parts I've never had before. I'm not too bothered about the weight if it's light then it sort of throws me off as It seems less stable and obviously breaks easier so I normally try go on the heavier side but not too heavy.

District Decks are one of my fav decks at the moment out of Fasen, Blunt/Envy, MGP and Lucky which I've tried. A TSI would be perfect.

Might be interested in the parts but depends on the colour of them as I'm going for a certain colour scheme. Also depends on how much they would cost as I live in the UK.

They have jon reyes T sweeps LOL, they're T bars with backsweep.

if you want something with backsweep i would for sure go with rad crows; i couldnt say about shipping though but theres a few uk guys that come on every now and then

Not too bothered about sweep. Feel the same to me really. I think Backsweep does feel more comfier but I just can't notice it lol. I had a go on my friends scooter with REO T bars and they felt normal to me.

Well I think I'm going to buy TSI Heptrons. If I change my mind then I'll probably pick something else. I think I'll buy TSI bars and TSI/Tilt Headset. Just need to figure out Deck and Forks but I'll probably make another thread for that when I need to. Thanks for the help :) feel free to comment any other bars or decks or forks.

You could also look at getting WEE bars, same thickness as TSI bars but they're heat treated so they're stronger and they're based in Europe. Also Mr. H bars are strong T bars based in the UK.

Heptrons are the best tbars I have ridden. The envy probably wouldn't last long.heptrons are also really cheap for the quality

Couldn't find any WEE bars they seem too small for me. Same with the Mr H bars. I think 25x23 bars are perfect for me so think I'm gonna go for the TSI bars and if I have to cut them down I will.

I currently ride 24x24 dare bars as I got them off a friend for free and they're okay but I think Phoenix Suicide V2 have been my favourite bars so far, 24x22. If they were 24x23 or 25x23 it would be perfect and they will be wide but not feel too wide and height should be fine.

If you want bigger Suicide bars you could get the XXL Suicides, 26 H x 24 W with no slit so you could cut them to your preferred size

Hello, I am going to be buying some new bars tomorrow as I am selling my phoenix suicides 24x22.

Would like to ask what Black T bars would you recommend? I was going to buy the TSI but they are abit out of my price range so I am trying to find something decent.

I have a few links of some bars I was thinking of getting. I do want T bars but would like to know what would be the best I can buy out of these or if there are any other decent T bars for around the price of £50-£60.
