weird noise

I have an old a.

Whenever i push the bars foward it makes a popping noise, then when i push it back it makes another popping noise. It does this in the air during tricks too, like when i pull up on the bars to ollie it does it. Its really annoying. Has this happened to anyone else? All the bolts are really tight too.

Thanks Everyone For Helping Me Out.

well, when it was making that noise for me i just sprayed some WD-40 on it, waited it for like 2 min. then it did a small noise but i could barely hear it.

no i have a stock fork and my foldy bolts are really tight.

alisha... what was the point of that... lol
thanks tommy

anyone else have anymore suggestions?

welll...that happend to me....tighten your headset for one thing...grease/lube it.....3 in one works.....first get it clean with rubbing alcohal...then put grease.....it could also be that yoru headset is dented....so then when you turn the bearings hit the dented spots....making the noise??? those all happened to me...

and two check and then TIGHTEn your wheels as much as possible...cuz with mine the wheel would go left/right and make a click noise....so if that dosnt work....pm me....

remember

HEADSET

AXLES/WHEELS

and...

PM ME

i dont think its the wheels because when im in the air it kinda feels like the bars move slightly foward. im thinking it is somewhere in the foldy/headset area.
pretty shure its in the flody but no matter how hard i tighten it it still moves slightly..

probly headset bearings if theyre old. if not then your foldy. even if the bolts are real tight temperature change from when you tightened them to now could make the foldy looser. that or there might be a little oil in the foldy making it move but that would be more of a crack rather than a pop. so im gonna have to guess its your headset.

motha fucka, you got some rice krispies up in yo' headset. =]

just tighten your headset a little bit more, and you should be fine. tighten the bolts a bit as well, just to be sure.
