What are the best wheels for a 11 yr old

At 11 you will need to run 90mm wheels. As you age, you can increase wheel size as well.

Get the 11 year old's model. You probably don't break wheels, so just get your hands on whatever scooter wheels you can get that don't leave you behind all your friends when you push. Whatever works and doesn't trudge shit basically.

In all honesty what are you like 90 pounds? You don't need to be spending 70-100 bucks on wheels at that weight, just get some plastic cores, not razor wheels, they are usually slow as hell. Check webersports for plastic cores, anything 100-110mm will work.
