What is this called?

I've seen these a couple times on the bottom of people's decks and wanted to know what they are called.

Example: The bottom part of Andrews Scooter

it's a custom machined skate deck that andrew uses as a replaceable grind plate on the bottom of his deck.

The graphic was called Smoking Alison. I am friends with the guy who owns the company where their boards are made so they custom made it for me, I just picked the graphic.

For some reason it is not in their deck archives on their site which leads me to believe it might have been a limited... idk really. This is the best I was able to find:
