What video camera should i buy?

Im getting back into filming and im wondering what kinda of camera i should buy for about 400-600?

my last camera was a canon optura 20 which was a decent camera but i sold it like a year ago and im getting back into filming so yea...


what kinda should i get?

a gs 3 chip or an optura. or a trv900
